The Grading System

The school’s grading system reflects the primary curriculum given by the Ministry of Education. The curriculum recognizes that children learn better through an integrated approach that caters to their different intelligences.
The delivery of the curriculum is student centered. The curriculum is broken down in units, and each culminates with a test . This term test accounts for 60% of the grade, while the remaining 40% covers unit test grades, home work, projects and other forms of assessment. Reports are sent out twice per year: one for the Christmas Term and the other at the end of the school year.

Our grading system is as follow:

Merits and demerits will be shown on a students’ report.
